Royal Copenhagen Collectibles Christmas Plate 1974
This plate is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or hairlines. It depicts an Eskimo mother holding one child on her lap and sitting on a sled while the other child is pushing it. There are eskimo dogs or Huskies around the edge of the plate. This plate feels embossed due to the lovely white art work. The size of the plate is 6" in diameter. On the front it says, Mors Dag 1974. On the back it reads, Royal Copenhagen with a crown in the center, Denmark, the artists initials IV, Mother's Day and Vs. Most of the emblem and writing is on the back but due to the flash it doesnt all show and some is a little worn. There is no original styrofoam box and no COA with this plate. So if you collect these lovely plates then this would be a great addition to your collection.
